Because all services offered on VidhiMeet are 100% digital, physical shipping or courier delivery is not applicable.

All consultations, meeting links, electronic agreements, and case documents are rendered and delivered electronically via the VidhiMeet platform portal and secure internet channels. No physical items are dispatched or shipped to user postal addresses.
2. Delivery Timeline for Video Consultations
- Instant Confirmation: Upon successful payment processing via our authorized banking and secure payment gateway partners, your consultation booking is instantly confirmed.
- Meeting Link Access: The end-to-end encrypted video meeting link is generated immediately and made accessible under the "Your Meetings" section of your client dashboard.
- Email & Calendar Delivery: A booking confirmation email containing the session schedule, joining instructions, and meeting URL is delivered to your registered email address within 1 to 5 minutes of transaction completion.
- Service Execution: The live legal consultation takes place online at the specific date and time slot reserved by the client.
3. Delivery Timeline for Document Drafting Services
- Drafting Window: For legal document drafting or contract review requests, advocates deliver the initial draft electronically within 24 to 72 hours (or within the custom deadline agreed upon during request creation).
- Digital Workspace Delivery: Initial and revised drafts are delivered in encrypted PDF and DOCX formats directly to your private VidhiMeet Document Workspace.
- Notification: Clients receive instant email notifications as soon as an advocate uploads or updates a draft document.
4. Non-Receipt of Digital Deliverables or Access Issues
